Dr. Lilan Le, OD
Founder & CEO of Opto Bar
Dr. Lilan Le is an optometrist and the founder of Opto Bar and SKEYE Optometry & Aesthetics. She started Opto Bar with a simple goal: make a thorough, modern eye exam easy to fit into an ordinary day, right where you already shop.
She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences and her bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UC Irvine. That mix of clinical training and business sense shapes how every Opto Bar runs: advanced diagnostic technology, trained technicians and experienced optometrists working together, so your visit feels simple, comfortable and easy to understand.
Dr. Le believes technology should make eye care more personal, not less. That means clear explanations, easy online booking, and a calm, welcoming space that feels more neighborhood coffee shop than waiting room.

Meet our doctors
Dr. Cindy Lam, OD
Optometrist
Dr. Cindy Lam has had her eyes set on optometry since high school, when she realized how influential vision can be to our health. She received her Biological Sciences degree from UC Davis, and ventured to Southern California to earn her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences.
During her externships, she traveled internationally to experience the different cultures of optometry. She cared for patients at the VA hospital in Connecticut, and crossed the Atlantic to see patients in Chengdu, China.
Her training includes prescribing glasses and contact lenses, as well as evaluating ocular health for abnormalities including macular degeneration, cataracts and glaucoma. She also manages myopia control and dry eye. She strives to care for her patients’ vision, health and overall well-being.
Dr. Lam is excited to return to her hometown of Sacramento to provide eye care for her favorite community, for all ages from 6 years old and up.

Optometrist
Dr. Vu Nguyen grew up in the Bay Area, earned his undergraduate degree at UC Davis, and graduated from MCPHS University School of Optometry.
He is dedicated to helping patients achieve and maintain healthy vision through personalized, compassionate eye care. Whether it’s a comprehensive eye exam, managing an eye condition, or finding the right vision correction for you, Dr. Nguyen takes pride in care that is attentive, thorough and unhurried.
